This project involved the successful Design and Build delivery of 12 new affordable homes at Ravensheugh Brae, Musselburgh comprising cottage flats and terraced homes.
The homes were constructed to Housing For Varying Needs Standard with comprehensive energy efficiency features including a 'fabric first' approach with Air Source Heat Pumps to meet Silver Level Sustainability Standards.
