Viewlands Primary School

Our General Works team are pleased to be awarded the contract to carry out essential refurbishments at Viewlands Primary School, Perthshire. The works comprise of the upgrade /replacement works to the heating system and domestic water services pipework including downtakings, electrical alterations, controls alterations and all building work in connection with the services.

Works have been sequenced and programmed to allow the works to progress whilst the school remains operational. Smaller scale works will be completed during the school terms on a backshift and weekends basis whilst doing disruptive works during school holiday periods.

Given our knowledge of the site and facility and our good working relationship with the school and the staff the client has also asked us to fully upgrade the schools kitchen and install a new kitchen canopy following the completion of the main works.

This project was a direct award from the Perth & Kinross Minor Works on Public Buildings Framework.
